Brett Hultberg
Brett Hultberg is a native of New Mexico, and has been a Realtor since 2001, licensed in both New Mexico and Arizona. He is consistently a top agent in the industry. Often ranking in the top 5% for client satisfaction, he receives the majority of his business from repeat clients and referrals.
Brett is a certified Relocation Specialist and a designated Fine Home Specialist. He has an excellent track record of successful closings in the luxury home market. Brett has worked with many financial institutions in the sale of REOs, as well as short sale properties.
Brett’s wife, Josie, owns Southwest 3D tours, a virtual immersive experience tour business serving Santa Fe, NM and surrounding areas. Brett and Josie have two dogs, Luey and Jax. In their free time they enjoy traveling, hiking, competing in obstacle races, and other activities in the beautiful high desert backcountry
Danielle Burgess
Danielle Burgess began her real estate career in 2014 after serving as a Sales Associate in her family’s real estate business. She finds gratification in helping people gain home ownership in Santa Fe. In her earlier years, Danielle was awarded ‘Top New Broker’, in the area.
Danielle and her husband moved to Santa Fe in 1999. They have a son, Quahada, and a pup, Jasper. Raising a family of her own, Danielle appreciates the artistic, cultural, and educational aspects so unique and abundant to Santa Fe.
Danielle’s husband, Nocona Burgess, is a well-known native contemporary artist. Together, they are very active in the Native Arts community. They contribute to many local organizations, such as the Wheelwright Museum, SWAIA, Santa Fe Indigenous Center, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Danielle is committed to establishing lasting relationships with her community, her clients, as well as other brokers.
Hultberg and Burgess Team Community Involvement
Brett and Danielle are deeply committed to serving their clients and giving back to their community. They started SANTA FE KICKS in 2019, to help those in need with supplies as simple and important as shoes.
The Hultberg & Burgess Team donates a pair of shoes, during the winter holidays, for every real estate transaction completed during that year. Their most recent donation was to Larragoite Elementary School in Santa Fe. Brett and Danielle feel very fortunate and blessed, and give back whenever possible.
