Santa Fe County Southeast

A quick guide to Santa Fe neighborhoods

Santa Fe County Southeast

As the Old Santa Fe Trail winds north, these charming and heavily- forested communities meander alongside. Located in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the lower elevations provide rolling hills of piƱon and junipers, with high-elevations nestled in mountainous terrain. All have renowned views of the Sandia Mountain range and celebrated Santa Fe sunsets. Most lots begin with 2.5 acres, ranging to over ten acres. The area includes Cloudstone, La Vista, Coyote Mountain Road, Mercer, Double Arrow Road, La Barberia, and Overlook I and II, located north and south of Old Santa Fe Trail, from Camp Stoney cutoff.
